Return Or Exchange Summary
Our online Return Or Exchange policy is as follows:
– Within 7 days on non-sale items from date of delivery.
– No returns on sale items.
* Need proof of purchase, swing tags, and/or original packaging.
* Product & packaging must be in original condition.
* No return or exchange on swimwear or underwear.
* Returns and exchange accepted on all faulty items.
* Return shipping and tracking is at the customers’ expenses. Please ensure the product is protected from damage.
To be eligible for a refund:
We are notified within 7 days of receiving package by email or phone.
Items returned in original condition, all swing tags/barcodes attached and original packaging.
Once received back in store our team will inspect return and provide refund at our discretion.
***Please note, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases on swimwear or underwear.
If you would like to send back your item for an exchange/refund, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the parcel back to us. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of your new exchanged item to your postal address one time only*. Any additional exchange requests are at the customer’s own shipping expense
